Ingredients:
1/4 C. diet margarine (1/2 stick)
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
24 package Equal sweetener, or 1 C. Equal Spoonful
1 tsp. vanilla
8-oz. package reduced cream cheese, fat free, softened
1/2 C. chopped nuts (optional), or Grape Nuts
Instructions:
Melt margarine over low heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat; stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine chocolate mixture with cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts, if used. Spread lightly in greased 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm and keep in refrigerator.
