Ingredients:
2 medium baking potatoes
1 Tbls. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Instructions:
Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush slices with vegetable oil. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
