Ingredients:
2-1/2 C. flour
3 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 C. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. liquid sugar substitute
4 C. grated apple
1 C. walnuts
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well. Stir in grated apples and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes.
