Ingredients:
3 Tbls. reduced calorie margarine
3 Tbls. flour
1-1/2 C. skim milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
20 oz. canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
2 C. cubed lean cooked ham
1 C. breadcrumbs
1 C. grated low fat process American cheese
White Sauce
1 Tbls. reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbls. all purpose flour
1 C. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Make white sauce. Stir in mustard, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add corn, onion, green pepper, and ham. Pour mixture into nonstick casserole. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
