  APPLE MINCEMEAT PIE

Ingredients:
4 C. thinly sliced baking apples, peeled
9-inch unbaked piecrust
2 C. mincemeat
1/4 C. oat bran or oatmeal
1/4 C. all purpose flour
2 Tbls. vegetable oil
Instructions:
Arrange apple slices in the bottom of piecrust. Spread mincemeat over apples. Crumble oat bran, flour, and oil in bowl. Stir until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture on top of mincemeat. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F. and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes more, or until crust is golden brown. Cool.
