Ingredients:
5 lb Pork butt roast (cut into 1" cubes)
2 can 14 oz. chicken broth
1 tbsp Cumin (can vari to taste)
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 large Can green chili's (chop yourself)
1 large White onion
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for about 6 hours.
You can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickner to desired
consistency.
I suggest Wondra it doesnt lump and works almost instantly. Chile
