  7 Grain Corn Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cup Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
2 cup Water
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
1/4 cup AM Instant Oatmeal - (original)
2 cup AM Yellow Cornmeal
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very
smooth. Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2
full. Bake at 375 F. for 35-45 minutes.
