  All Time Brownies (Fruit Sweet)

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Butter
4 tbsp Cocoa
1/2 cup Fruit Sweet
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Nuts, chopped (opt)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Spray a 9" square pan with a non-stick
coating spray. Blend the butter, cocoa, and Fruit Sweet. Add the
eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix the flour,
baking powder and salt; add to the mixture. Fold in the nuts. Pour
into the pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until the brownies spring
back when lightly touched in the center.

Fruit Sweet is made of peach and pear juices and pineapple syrup. It
is available from Wax Orchards, RR 4 Box 320, Vashon Island, WA 98070
