Ingredients:
4 medium Carrots, washed, lightly peeled and grated
2 tbsp Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp Plain low-fat yogurt
Orange juice

MMMMMANY TWO OF THESE

Raisins
Grapes
Pineapple chunks
Cut-up cucumber
Orange sections
Instructions:
Mix mayonnaise and yogurt; thin dressing with about 2 tablespoons
juice. Grate carrots; mix with dressing and your choice of remaining
ingredients.
