Ingredients:

MMMMMLISA CRAWLEY/TEASPOON

3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Popcorn Flour
1 1/2 tsp Bouquet Garni
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Date Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Mashed Kidney Beans
1 1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Oil
4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Instructions:
Place ingred. in breadmachine according to your mfg. instructions.
Use the WHOLE WHEAT CYCLE... I use the WHITE BREAD CYCLE on WELBILT
ABM100.
