Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 2/3 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 Sq. unsweetened chocolate*
1 1/3 cup Water
Instructions:
*melt chocolate in microwave or over hot water. Grease & flour
13x9x2" pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Stir first 3 ingredients; set
aside. In large bowl, beat next 3 ingredients at high speed for 3
minutes. On low speed, add chocolate & mayonnaise. Then add four &
water in four alternate additions. Bake 45 minutes.
