Ingredients:

MMMMMFOOD IN A FLASH, TVFN AIKENS

8 medium Potatoes, quartered, cooked
1 tsp Chicken bouillon (liquid)
2 tsp Warm water
2 Hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 cup Mayo
Cayenne
1/4 cup Dijon
2 tbsp Tarragon vinegar
2 tsp Onion, minced
2 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Dried tarragon
Salt and pepper
Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Combine mayo, bouillon, cayenne, tarragon, onion, dijon and parsley;
whisk. Add vinegar; whisk. Pour over potatoes; toss. Place on
individual plates and top with egg.
