Ingredients:
2 each Cucumbers
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Paprika
1 cup Milk
Instructions:
Cook cucumbers in boiling salted water until tender, about 10 min.
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour, salt, pepper, paprika. Stir in
milk until it boils and thickens. Add cucumbers & mix well. Serve.
