1 small Head of cabbage, shredded or
Thinly sliced
1 large Apple cubed
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated orange peel
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Cloves (if desired)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
