Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Honey
2 Eggs or egg replacer
1/2 cup Water
2 1/2 cup AM Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Non-alum baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 large Apples, grated (with peel)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup -to...
1 cup AM Sunflower Seeds (or chopped nuts)
Instructions:
Beat honey, oil, eggs and water. Mix dry ingredients and add to honey
mixture. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Fill oiled tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 F. 12 to
15 minutes.
