  Fresh Fruit Salad With Celery-Honey Dressing

Ingredients:
2 cup Pineapple chunks, fresh
2 cup Cantaloupe balls, fresh
1 cup Grapes, green seedless
2 cup Strawberries, fresh
1 cup Blackberries, fresh

MMMMMCELERYHONEY DRESSING

1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Mustard, dry
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Honey
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 cup Oil, vegetable
1 tsp Onion, grated
1 tsp Celery seeds
Instructions:
Combine fruit in a large bowl, tossing gently but well. Refrigerate
until thoroughly chilled. Serve with Celery-Honey Dressing.
Celery-Honey Dressing: Combine first 7 ingredients in container of
electric blender; blend well. Slowly add oil, continiung to blend
until thick; stir in onion and celery seeds. Cover and store in
refrigerator. Yield: about 1-3/4 cups.
