Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Water
1 package Yeast
3 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp Cashews
1 1/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger root
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup Grated carrots
Instructions:
Put in the bread machine in the manufacturers specified order. Let the
machine do its magic on white bread cycle.
