Ingredients:
3 1/2 tbsp Butter or margarine
3 1/2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Wheat germ
1 cup Water
1 Extra-large egg
1 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
2 cup Unbleached white flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Steel-cut oats
2 tbsp Powdered buttermilk
2 tsp Active dry yeast
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by
manufacturer and program for basic bread.
