Ingredients:
-Barb Day GWHP32A
1 package Yeast
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 1/4 cup Better for Bread flour
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/4 cup Pure rich bran
2 tbsp Gluten
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/2 cup Cholesterol-free bacon-flavor chips
1 tbsp Onion, dried/minced
1 cup Blackeyed peas, canned/draine
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Very warm water
Instructions:
*Black-Eyed Peas & Bacon Bread Add all ingredients into the pan in the
order listed. Select white bread and push "Start". You can serve this
delightful cholesterol-free, high-fiber bread on NeYear's Eve instead
of the traditional bowl of black-eyed peas believed to bring good
