Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Soy sauce
1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
1 cl Garlic crushed
1 tbsp Seseme seed oil
Instructions:
Mix all in screw top jar and shake well to dissolve sugar. Marinade
steak or chicken overnight or use as a glaze or basting sauce when
baking or barbecuing. Most delicious.
