Ingredients:
1 C. diced cooked chicken
2 onions chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 C. cooked brown rice
1/4 C. dry white wine
2 C. chicken broth
1 C. sliced almonds
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on automatic 4 to 5 hours. Serve with sliced, lightly toasted almonds.
