Ingredients:
-LIZ JONES
3 lb Beef rump roast
3 tbsp Flour
15 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1/3 cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Beef bouillon, instant
1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 Clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp Dry mustard
Hamburger buns
Instructions:
Rub flour into roast. Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining
ingredients, except buns. Cook on LOW for abour 14 to 16 hours. Serve
over buns.
