Ingredients:
1 can beer-12 oz.
1 can spicy V8 juice 6 oz.
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 C. chopped onions
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 bottle ketchup large bottle
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds ground beef to 3 pounds
2 eggs to 3
Instructions:
Combine ground beef, 1/2 C. onions, Italian bread crumbs, eggs. Make the mixture into small meatballs. Then fry or bake the meat. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Put meatballs and sauce into crock pot. The sauce should cover the meat. Allow to simmer in crock pot for at least 3 hours, however, the longer you let them simmer, the better they are! Six to 10 hours on low temperature is great. Stir them occasionally
