Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Salad oil, olive oil, or mix
Two
3/4 cup Soy sauce
2 1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Crushed garlic
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Dry mustard
1 tbsp Fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp Dried parsley flakes
1/3 cup Lemon juice
Instructions:
Prepare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of use and always
marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight. Baste during the
grilling/smoking process. Mop it on before serving.
