Ingredients:

Instructions:
1/2 lb black beans -- cooked
1 c poblano peppers, roasted --
: peeled and diced
1 md red onion -- diced
1/4 c cilantro -- chopped
1 TB jalapeno -- minced
2 TB fresh lime juice
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 ts chipotle puree
2 TB olive oil
: salt
: freshly ground pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well. Season with
salt and pepper.
