Ingredients:
1 tbsp Diced onion
1/4 cup Butter or margarine
2 cup Quick-cooking rice
2 cup Water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of
Mushroom soup
1/2 tsp Salt
2 (5 oz.) jars sharp Old
English cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
Broccoli, tha
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Bake about 1
hour at 325 degrees. Stir once or twice during baking time.
