  Broccoli Cornbread (M_C-Tx)

Ingredients:
2 Boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 Box frozen chopped broccoli
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Chopped onion
3/4 cup Cottage cheese
Instructions:
Empty cornbread mix into mixing bowl. Add thawed broccoli, eggs,
onion and cottage cheese. Mix with spoon until all ingredients are
combined. *Pour into greased 9" x 13" dish. Bake at 400 in preheated
oven for 30 minutes or until top is slightly brown. *Do not add water
to mixture!
