  Butter Pecan Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Pecan pieces
1 cup Crystal brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup Heavy cream or 1 can (5 3/8 oz) evaporated milk
1/4 cup Corn syrup
Instructions:
In heave saucepan, melt butter. Add pecan. Heat until pecans are
lightly toasted and butter is lightly browned. Stir in brown sugar,
cream and corn sytup; cook gently until sugar is completely
dissolved. Do not overcook. Serve warm or cold.

This sauce will become an all-time favorite. Serve this on ice cream
or cake. Delicious.
