Ingredients:
6 cl Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Freshly chopped basil
4 tbsp Lightly toasted pine nuts
1 tbsp White wine
2 tbsp Freshly grated parmesan
Cheese
Salt to taste
Crushed dried red chile to
Taste
1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened
(2 sticks).

BASIL-GARLIC-PARMESAN-BUTTER To make each sauce, mix all the
ingredients together well. Melt to serve.
