Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup hot water
2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions:
1. Combine the salt, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, and paprika in a small bowl.
2. Add the hot water and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
3. Mixture can be strained through a fine wire mesh strainer to remove some of the spices if desired.
4. Whisk the gelatin into the mixture until it dissolves.
5. Add the corn syrup and vinegar and pour into a covered container to store until needed.
