Ingredients:
6 C. cooked cubed potatoes
1/4 C. melted butter
1 C. sour cream
1 C. cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 C. chopped scallions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Turn into a greased casserole or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
