Ingredients:
1 C. frozen strawberries
2 tsp. sweetener, or 1 packet Equal (up to 2)
1/8 C. nonfat dry milk crystals (equals 2 Tbls. plus 2 tsp.)
1/4 C. cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
Place cottage cheese, dry milk, sweetener, and vanilla in blender. Slice frozen strawberries over mixture. Blend until thick
