Ingredients:
1/3 cup Vinegar
2/3 cup Water
2 tbsp Corn starch
2 tbsp Sugar, granulated
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/8 cup Ginger root, minced thin
1/8 cup Onion, minced thin
1/8 cup Radishes, minced thin
4 Slices hot red pepper if des ired
Instructions:
Dilute the cornstarch and sugar with water or bouillon. Add vinegar
and soy sauce. Cook, stirring over low heat until the cornstarch
thickens. Add remaining ingredients just before serving. Serves 4
