  Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 package GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed
5 tbsp BUTTER, melted
1/2 cup PECANS, chopped
1/3 cup SUGAR
Mix and press into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan.
Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven
And place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven.
CAKE
32 oz CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and warmed in
Microwave 2 minutes.
1 1/4 cup SUGAR
1/4 cup CORNSTARCH
5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and warmed in
Microwave 25 seconds.
1 cup SOUR CREAM
2 cup APPLE, chopped and peeled
1 1/2 tsp APPLE PIE SPICE (or 1 tsp cinnamon and
1/2 tsp Nutmeg)
1/2 cup CARAMEL TOPPING (such as ice cream
