Ingredients:

MMMMMDRESSING

3 tbsp Cheese, Roquefort OR
3 tbsp Cheese, Bleu
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Wine, Port
Instructions:
Dressing: =========

Warm the ingredients gently until softened then mix the
ingredients with a whisk.

Makes enough for two salads.
