Ingredients:
2 each Chickens cut up
3 each Garlic cloves, chopped
Juice of two lemons
1 each Green pepper, cut in slices
1 each Onion, cut in slices
1 small Can of tomato sauce
1/3 cup Cooking oil
1/4 cup Cappers
Petit pois
2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Dry white wine
1 lb Potatoes
Instructions:
Cut the chicken in pieces and marinate with lemon juice, garlic,
onion and green pepper. Heat the oil and saute the chicken. Add the
onion, green pepper, and lemon juice from the marinade, and then add
the tomatoe sauce, petic pois, wine, salt and black pepper. When is
almost done add the potatoes and finish cooking.If you want after is
cooked add 1 cup of petit pois. Serves 8 portions and serve with
