Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2/3 cup Lightly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup Granola cereal
1/2 cup Flaked coconut
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 cup Chopped nuts
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Grated orange rind, optional
1 package Milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Cream butter with sugar and add egg until light. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking
sheet. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
