Ingredients:
1 Onion, diced
1 Green pepper, minced
2 Tomatoes, peeled, quartered
15 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Worchester sauce
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
3/4 cup Brown rice
2 tbsp Salsa
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours.
