Ingredients:
1/2 cup Applesauce
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg white
3 Bananas -- mashed
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinna
Instructions:
Combine sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients
separately. Add to wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake
at 350, 50 to 60 minutes.
