Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oil
2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3 cup Flour
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
3 cup Apples
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Pecans
Topping:
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Milk
Instructions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in lg
mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with
electric mixer until well blended & mixture is stiff. Stir in apples,
coconuts, & pecans. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hrs.

Topping:

Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 min. Pour over hot
cake.
