Ingredients:
1/4 cup Butter or margarine
1/4 cup Flour
3 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dill weed
1 cup Swiss cheese -- grated
2 can Cut green beans --
Undrained
2 tbsp Parsley -- chopped
1 cup Raw regular rice -- cooked &
Drained
Instructions:
Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in milk. Cook until sauce boils
and is thickened, stirring frequently. Add salt, dill weed and
cheese; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beans, rice and
parsley. Turn into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees fo
