Ingredients:
Buttermilk baking mix
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 small Sausages, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 Slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
2 Slices cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 Fresh tomato, diced
2 cup Grated American cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ødegrees. Prepare biscuit mix for 1 large pizza
crust according to amounts and directions on package. Roll or pat
into a 10-12 inch round pan or 10 x 7 x 1 1/4 inch oblong pan. Bake
crust according to box directions.

Meanwhile prepare scrambled eggs; remove from pan. Set aside. Saute
sausage, bacon and ham. Place scrambled eggs on baked crust; scatter
cooked meat across eggs. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and grated cheese
across top. Bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Serves 6
