  Honey-Mustard Dressing (Prodigy)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil)
Instructions:
IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and
pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.

Makes 1 1/2 Cups
