Ingredients:
1 package Peas frozen 16 oz
4 Cheese, cheddar
Cut in squares
1/4 cup Pickle juice sweet variety
2 Eggs, hard boiled
3/8 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp -Salt or to taste
Instructions:
Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain.
Combine the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the
mayonnaise. (The original recipe called for fresh peas originally but
they're hard to get now even when they're in season.)
