Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup Bread flour
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 small Banana -- sliced
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Milk
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Chopped black walnuts or
Pecans
Instructions:
Add the flour, butter, banana,sugar,salt,yeast,water, milk,and egg to
bread machine. Process the ingredients according to your
manufacturer's

instructions for a basic bread setting or a raisin bread setting. Add
the nuts to the dough at the beginning of the second kneading cycle
of the machine.
