Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Stoneground wholemeal SR
Flour
1/2 cup Non-fat youghurt, sugar
Free
1/4 cup Unprocessed bran
1 cup Natural sultanas or raisins
1/4 cup Skim milk powder
1 Egg white or substitute
1/2 cup Unsweetened apple or grape
Juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the
mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick
muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15
to 20 minutes until brown.
