Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef, raw
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
4 C. sliced raw potatoes
1 C. milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Instructions:
Place beef in baking dish and sprinkle with half the onion soup mix. Top with sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with remainder of onion soup mix. Pour cheese soup mixed with milk over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. A hotter oven can be used and reduce baking time. (The cheese soup and milk do not completely mix together and there will be some amounts of cheesy mixture on the potatoes.)
