Ingredients:
1 reg. size can of biscuits
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. catsup
Instructions:
Brown beef and drain. Return to skillet and add rest of the ingredients except biscuits. Stir and simmer until cream cheese melts. Pour into a 10"x6" baking dish. Bake at 375º degrees for 10 minutes. Top with biscuits and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6-8.
