Ingredients:
1 pack chicken tenderloins
1 pack coating mix
vegetable oil
1 pack sour cream
1 lemon
1 dash of salt/pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Oil bottom and sides of baking dish. Wash and dry tenders. Dip tenders in sour cream, cover well. Roll tenders in coating mix. Place in baking dish, squeeze lemon over chicken. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
