Ingredients:
2 lb Ground beef
2 lb Ground pork
4 cup Cooked rice
4 large Onions, minced
10 Cloves garlic, minced (10 to 25)
6 small Hot Chile Peppers, (Serrano, Etc), minced
2 Stalks celery, minced
1 large Sweet red pepper, minced
1 large Sweet green pepper, minced
2 medium Leeks, minced
6 Green onions, minced
1 cup Minced parsley
1/3 cup Minced cilantro
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Sage
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Savory
Instructions:
